Terrible service, a week ago I brought a package, and the girl at the counter took almost 2 minutes to attend to me because she was entertained on the cell phone apart from her very despotic attention, today February 11 I asked for a pickup and they did not pick up my package I go back to the branch and I get that there is no service, sheer waste of time for wanting to save 15 pesos difference with post office and DHL, I inform you of this so that it does not happen to you better safe, because cheap is expensive.

They just made me waste my time. They do not respect the schedule and the worst thing is that I cannot go to another parcel because it happens

Well in general, you doubt a little that it is there because it is the most careless redpack that I have seen. Attention is 0 service attitude in this branch.

Terrible service, they sent me the order and upon delivery they threw it 2 meters through the gate as if it were a ball, they hit the car at the entrance, the package said fragile and they still threw it. They have a terrible service culture.

The lady who is there has a bad attitude, she does not even respond to greetings and is not willing to do her job at all, she does not make things easy and if you are a first-timer or do not know very well what to do, she gets desperate with you and has no patience at all. Fortunately there is a stationery store around the corner from this redpack where they make the copies that this woman and scotch tape ask for, it is in front of the school, ask why she is not going to help you at all... Such a simple job which she regrets doing speaks very poorly of her.

They could not quote exactly on the spot, despite providing the data, anyway the lady at the counter formally agreed to send me the quote by WhatsApp and it never arrived, I dialed the number that appears here many times and two days in a row and they never answered, I decided for another package, I recommend better for cheap and fast (it happens) packagexpress.

Wednesday April 13 at 5:30 p.m. approx. The woman who attends does so rudely and in a bad mood. I entered and the first thing I did was say hello and his response was as if the plague had entered. He does not answer you, he does not attend to you, he does not even turn to see you. Please if you don't like your work, look elsewhere. Having someone serving people when it seems that they hate what they do is not a service, it is an ordeal for customers.

It is on Avenida La Paz and has its sign and red on the outside. There are other packages on the same street. Check outside which one you want to enter. IT IS ALREADY TAKEN THE PACKAGE READY WITH ITS PACKAGING AND THE GUIDE AFFIXED IN THE PACKAGE ON A FLAT SURFACE. I do not give them 5 stars because the lady who was there I feel that she was not friendly. He was very short on what you should do. And it was my first time sending a package. They may not have time but the first impression counts and I don't know if it's worth paying a little but not being treated well. If you already have experience sending packages and you are looking for an economical option, this parcel service is fine and you do not hesitate to deliver the package. I think it's your responsibility to do everything. SUPER TIP if your box is smaller than the length of the guide, ask them for a parcel bag to put the package and the printed guide sheet.
