★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abre. Se le llamo al telefono que esta publicado y no contestaron. Ademas de que si pides recoleccion nunca van por tu paquete. Si no hay otra opcion de paqueteria usenla. Pero si tienen opciones mejor otras paqueterias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal en todo aspecto no sólo esta sucursal si no todo el servicio. Justo tengo ahorita el mismo problema que tuve hace 2 años. El envío aparece con status: "no entregado" y con varios supuestos intentos de entrega en una dirección de cdmx cuando estoy en el edomex. No he logrado contactar vía telefónica y esa última vez el envío lo trajeron paseando en cdmx más de un mes y al final lo tuve que cancelar.
Bad in every aspect not only this branch but the entire service. Right now I have the same problem that I had 2 years ago. The shipment appears with status: "not delivered" and with several alleged delivery attempts to a cdmx address when I am in edomex. I have not been able to contact by phone and that last time the shipment was brought to Mexico City for more than a month and in the end I had to cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal está cerrada casi todo el tiempo, a pesar de que en internet aparece el horario de 10:00 am a 6:00 pm para esa sucursal, la realidad es que constantemente está cerrada tanto de día como en la tarde.
Cuándo llamas para solicitar informes de la sucursal es difícil que contesten el teléfono.
Si buscas información en la página de internet de la empresa no encuentras una pestaña de buzón de quejas y sugerencias, por si fuera poco la persona que atiende el lugar deja mucho que desear.
Cómo evidencia estas fotos.
En diferentes ocasiones he tenido que ir a recoger algún paquete y en todas esas ocasiones he tenido que dar tres vueltas por lo menos para encontrar abierto.
Y en algunas ocasiones ni siquiera abren ???
