★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPORTANTE! No contestan jamás vía teléfono. Así que si necesitas recoger un pedido ve tu mismo y ahorrarás tiempo. El trato esta bien, no es excelente pero no son groseros. Ah nunca vayas después de la 1.30 porque tienen su hora de comida. Si pides Shein ve tu misma por tu paquete ellos se tardan mucho en entregar. Lleva tu credencial y tu número de guía.
IMPORTANT! They never answer by phone. So if you need to pick up an order, go yourself and save time. The treatment is good, it is not excellent but they are not rude. Ah never go after 1.30 because they have their lunch break. If you ask Shein see yourself for your package they take a long time to deliver. Bring your credential and your guide number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy malo! Ellos roban mercancía, he visto muchos vídeos y es la peor paquetería que existe!
Si no roban rompen el paquete, es entregado pero a personas que no es uno, no contestan correos, es más, el correo nisiquiera existe, no contestan teléfonos....y que? Acaso se quedan con todo?!? Seguro y ahí tienen paquetes desde hace meses que por su mal servicio jamás han sido entregados.
Si mi paquete no llega...iré y no se salvan con sus cosas de.."ay aquí no esta, ya se entrego"

Do they keep everything?!? Sure and there they have packages for months that due to their bad service have never been delivered.
If my package does not arrive ... I will go and they are not saved with their things ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Nunca te mandan tu paquete ya teniéndolo con ellos, en la bodega e visto como avientan los paquetes y no les importa y tienen todos los paquetes tirados en el suelo, nada amables!! Y si les preguntas alguna duda siempre te hacen sus caras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena paquetería, nunca he tenido problemas con los paquetes, solo lo que no me gusta es que cuando un paquete les llega a las oficinas, aún que sea bien temprano que llegó, te lo entregan hasta el siguiente día.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada recomendable. Fueron buenos para resivir el paquete pero no para hacer se responsables por qué su paquete no llegara ni a tiempo, y todo roto y batido. Tengo fotos, correo y todo y solo mencionan que es responsabilidad de quien lo envía. jamás regresaría con ellos y nunca lo recomendaría.
Terrible service, not recommended. They were nice to receive the package but not to be responsible for why her package didn't even arrive on time, and everything was broken and shaken. I have photos, mail and everything and they only mention that it is the responsibility of the sender. I would never go back to them and would never recommend them.
