★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mediante envío "ocurre". No puede recibir el paquete en casa por lo que el joven de paquetería me indico que lo podía recoger en sucursal de Paseo Bravo después de la 1pm. La recepcionista, pésimo servicio, no da solución y sus modos nada profesionales. Llegamos un poco después de la hora y el repartidor justifica que iban retrasados...sigo esperando mi paquete 30min después. Mala organización, servicio y logística por parte de esta empresa.
 Terrible service via shipping "happens". He cannot receive the package at home, so the young parcel clerk told me that he could pick it up at the Paseo Bravo branch after 1pm. The receptionist, terrible service, does not give a solution and her manner is unprofessional. We arrived a little after time and the delivery man justifies that they were late ... I am still waiting for my package 30 minutes later. Bad organization, service and logistics by this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario está mal. Abren a las 10:00 am y en las sucursales que frecuento, incluida esta, a veces ni abren o cierran antes.
Son muy informales con los horarios. Si tienes urgencia usa otra paquetería.
The schedule is wrong. They open at 10:00 am and the branches I frequent, including this one, sometimes don't even open or close earlier.
They are very informal with the hours. If you have urgency use another parcel.
