No contestan las llamadas, mi pedido llegó desde el 3 de febrero a la ciudad y hasta ahora nada que lo envían al domicilio. Estoy muy triste y enojada, espero con ansias mi paquete y nomás no llega ???
They do not answer the calls, my order arrived from February 3 to the city and so far nothing is sent to the address. I'm very sad and angry, I'm looking forward to my package and it just doesn't arrive ???

Mal servicio, indican que intentaron entregar mi pedido y nunca vinieron, el día que indican no salimos, no tocaron y mucho menos me llamaron?Desafortunadamente no puedo escoger en que paquetería me envíen mi pedido

Pésima paquetería, pésimo servicio de los colaboradores, pésimo todo. Mi paquete se suponía que desde el día 6 sería entregado y ahora me dice que ya venció en bodega y lo tienen que regresar siendo que nunca me dijeron que estaba aquí!
Lousy parcel, lousy service from collaborators, lousy everything. My package was supposed to be delivered from the 6th and now it tells me that it has already expired in the warehouse and they have to return it since they never told me it was here!

Paguenle mas a sus empleados por favor!!... la peor actitud que he visto en mucho tiempo, malencarados, y hasta groseros al atenderte ..... por algo son la mensajeria mas barata !!
Pay your employees more please!!... the worst attitude I've seen in a long time, grumpy, and even rude when serving you... they are the cheapest courier service for a reason!!

estoy por enviar paquete, no contestan ninguno de los telefonos de sucursales, y en algunos puntos que fui ya no estan, que hago por favor respondan me dicen que sigue la de plan de ayala pero llama y llama el telefono y no hay respuesta

Pésimo marcaron mi pedido cómo entregado y no he recibido mi paquete y devicio sus números nunca contestan

El peor servicio de paquetería posible. Cada vez que pido productos de Shein y el transportista es Redpack tengo que llamar a atención a clientes para pedirles que por favor entreguen mi paquete, de otra forma no lo mueven. Ojalá Shein ya no trabajara con ellos porque son un desastre.
The worst parcel service possible. Every time I order products from Shein and the carrier is Redpack, I have to call customer service to ask them to please deliver my package, otherwise they won't move it. I wish Shein wouldn't work with them anymore because they're such a mess.

Pésimo servicio, es de las peores paqueterias por lo visto siempre suelen pasar los mismo problemas de entrega,y mal servicio al cliente. Regresaron mi paquete sin notificarme nada y lo marcaron como primer intento, trato de comunicarme para saber donde esta he ir a recogerlo y no responden a ninguno de los números que parecen, o están fuera de servicio, deberían de mejorar todo.
Terrible service, it is one of the worst packages, apparently the same delivery problems always happen, and poor customer service. They returned my package without notifying me of anything and they marked it as the first attempt, I try to communicate to find out where I am going to pick it up and they do not respond to any of the numbers that seem, or they are out of service, they should improve everything.
