Y cuando llamo días después solo me dicen que deje dos cajas no tres. Y ya de ahí no los saqué. Lección: Pedir siempre el comprobante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Fui a entregar un paquete y me dice que no puedo ya dejarlos ahí. Que porque no pasa la camioneta a recogerlos. Mi duda es ¿Entonces para qué está esa sucursal? Sean más específicos cual es su función, pues solo hacen dar la vuelta y desplazarte a otra sucursal más lejana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lugar, la atencion es pesima pornuan persona llamada Miguel se siente dueño de la empresa y no hace su trabajo que es atender. Sus "sugerencias" parecen ser ordenes y déspotas. Pero en si lo que es mi envio me tarde una semana en enviarlo por que me regresaban por una u otra situacion, lo cual cambie de sucursal y aun asi me di cuenta que es un pesima empresa para enviar productos. Ya que al poder enviarla tardaron mucho se robaron las cosas y solicitaron una lista de lo que se enviaba aun asi no se recupero ni la mitad. Es un robo he usado Estafeta DHL y otras compañias de paqueteria y la vdd esta es la peor no arrisguen sus envios ni su dinero.
