Mi historia: Según me entregaron el paquete y firmado por "el titular": te dicen que envies un correo de aclaración de pedido y de 24 a 48 hrs según te responden (nunca paso) si no pasan las 48 hrs no te solucionan nada, vuelves a marcar y te dan otro correo y se repite la historia.
