 They throw the packages regardless of the content or if the person is at home ... in my case they threw an Amazon package that contained a watch and the box was damaged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El edificio de oficinas está abandonado. No existe. Y el telefono ni funciona, para hacer reporte tardas media hora y te dejan en espera otra media hra... Ni se les ocurra enviar por esa paquetería.
Terrible service. The office building is abandoned. Does not exist. And the phone doesn't even work, it takes half an hour to make a report and they leave you waiting for another half hour ... Don't even think about sending for that parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor paquetería, no envíen nada y eviten recibir por esa paquetería, tardan la vida, maltratan los paquetes, pésima atención al cliente, nunca te resuelven nada. Mejor usen carssa, por el mismo precio y muchísimo mejor
It is the worst package, do not send anything and avoid receiving for that package, they take forever, they mistreat the packages, terrible customer service, they never solve anything for you. Better use carssa, for the same price and much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan en el número local. Hablas al número nacional de la pagina web y siempre te dice que tienen 48 hours para resolver, antes no pueden hacer nada.
Terrible service, they never answer on the local number. You call the national number on the website and it always tells you that they have 48 hours to solve it, before they can do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor paqueteria, no entregan los paquetes y los hacen perdedisos, la atención es pecima del personal, se vurlan cuando les pides te aclaren donde esta el paquete y solo te dan un numero para reportarlo, no recomiendo en nada esta paqueteria.
It is the worst parcel, they do not deliver the packages and make them lost, the attention is poor from the staff, they turn when you ask them to clarify where the package is and they only give you a number to report it, I do not recommend this parcel at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregaron un paquete con un medicamento que me envían desde Guadalajara a alguien más sin pedir identificación y no contestan el teléfono, acabo de ir al domicilio que aparece junto al Santander en av. San Fernando y no hay nada en el interior solo el letrero... LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA por qué ni el teléfono nacional o de servicio al cliente atienden.
They delivered a package with a medicine that they send me from Guadalajara to someone else without asking for identification and they don't answer the phone, I just went to the address that appears next to Santander on av. San Fernando and there is nothing inside only the sign ... THE WORST EXPERIENCE because neither the national phone or customer service answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no merece ni una estrella, aparece dirección incorrecta, no te contestan y si lo hacen te cuelgan, en el teléfono registrado en Google nunca me contestaron, jamás usaré este servicio y se lo haré saber a la empresa donde compré el producto
Terrible service, it does not deserve a star, the wrong address appears, they do not answer you and if they do they hang up on you, they never answered me on the phone registered in Google, I will never use this service and I will let the company where I bought the product know
