J	JANETH TORRES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio si pudiera les daba - 5 nunca contestan el teléfono, cierran y abren a la hora que se les hincha la gana, no respetan los horarios establecidos, te atienden de mala gana, no se diga en la sucursal de López mateos el servicio es mucho peor, y compras la guía express de 1 día y llega en 5 días, los paquetes llegan abiertos, si es barato pero a veces lo barato sale mas caro xq la imagen de tu negocio queda por los suelos con esta paquetería. Abren cuando quieren, nunca tienen respuesta a nada, no contestan mensajes, no sé cómo esta paquetería sigue abierta. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON'T USE REDPACK! It may be a little cheaper but the service is AWFUL. They open when they want, they never have an answer to anything, they don't answer messages, I don't know how this parcel is still open.

Y algunos repartidores tienen la mala mañana de colocar como "entregados* los envíos en su sistema para evitar penalización por retardos... You have to go to the place to pick up the packages.
