★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice qe la entrega es de 2 a 5 días hábiles o de 48 a 96 horas en cuanto les llega el paquete a sus oficinas pero esto es mentira siempre pasan más días de lo qe prometen , tienen un muy mal servicio, y cuando hablas no te saben dar respuesta de tu paqete
 They say that the delivery is between 2 to 5 business days or 48 to 96 hours as soon as the package arrives at their offices but this is a lie they always spend more days than they promise, they have a very bad service, and when you speak they do not they know how to respond to your package

They do not answer. They mark the packets as try. Impossible to communicate. They don't talk to you even though they have the number

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono en ninguna sucursal, los paquetes los marcan como que trataron de entregar y nunca vinieron ni a tocar la puerta, para colmo no existe forma de contactarlos
They never answer the phone in any branch, the packages are marked as if they tried to deliver and they never even came to knock on the door, to top it off there is no way to contact them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me ha gustado esta paquetería, he tenido problemas en el pasado dónde me pierden paquetes. Le pongo 5 estrellas solo por la atención de la señora que atiende esta sucursal, muy amable en todo momento.
I have never liked this package, I have had problems in the past where packages are lost. I give it 5 stars only for the attention of the lady who attends this branch, very kind at all times.
