★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo por qué no puedo darle 0, no entregan a tiempo sufren regresos, te dicen que te marcan cuando lo tengan y no te marcan, te dicen que lo recojas mañana y se lo dan al repartidor y este nisiquiera te lo lleva el día que llegó

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y aún más que eso fatal, más allá de una sola queja son varias...
1. No cumplen con la fecha de entrega
2. Simulan "entregas" a altas horas de la noche para disimular su falta (disque vinieron a entregarme un día a las 11:55pm y no me encontraron, siendo que ese día estube todo el tiempo en mi domicilio)
3. Llamas a servicio al cliente y cuando expones los hechos te cuelgan, hechan la culpa a otras empresas de su propios errores y si vuelves a marcar con solo dar tu nombre te cuelgan
Una recomendación a las empresas y personas que quieran usar esta empresa para enviar los productos que ellos ofrecen... No lo hagan, por culpa de ellos pueden perder clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, llego la notificación de que el paquete fue entregado y no es cierto, nunca llegaron al domicilio pero la mentira por delante, está la evidencia grabada por tres cámaras de vigilancia y en ninguna EXISTE entrega.
Se encaró a la persona que supuestamente llevó el paquete y cayó en contradicciones en su oficina de Redpack Tepatitlán para esto ya lleva una semana el reclamo.
Se le comentó al Gerente y no quiere hacerce responsable de su personal y ofrece pagar solamente el 70% del valor siendo que su empleado ya no trabaja con ellos y debieron de aclarar con el.
Por esto seguiré intentando que exista respuesta de Redpack México y se me pague el 100% y nunca recomendaré esta paqueteria CHAFA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron 3 días en mandar un paquete de China hasta Guadalajara, y de Gdl a mi localidad es una hora y en 12 días no han podido entregarlo. No je conocido un servicio más deficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si les llega a tocar un producto quebrado, dañado, etc es debido al excelente manejo que tienen los señores repartidores. Me tocó una vez ver cuándo descargaban las cosas y wow qué valor lanzarlas de ésa manera como si fueran cualquier cosa.
