★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio mi paquete lleva 3 días en las instalaciones de tuxtepec y aun no lo sacan de ahí , ni por que fueron 180 de envío.
It's a lousy service, my package has been in the Tuxtepec facilities for 3 days and they still haven't taken it out of there, not even because it was sent 180 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las tres estrellas es por la atención del personal ya que fueron muy amables al atender mi solicitud e incluso me apoyo el encargado al llevar el mueble que encargue a mi automóvil. Lamentablemente su traslado es muy muy tardado. Encargue por Mercado Libre y nunca me dijo al que le compré que era por esta paquetería, se supone que venía de CDMX y era corto el tramo, en cambio la mandaron hasta Campeche y de ahí bajo a mi destino, algo completamente innecesario.
The three stars is for the attention of the staff since they were very kind to attend to my request and the manager even supported me by taking the furniture that I ordered to my car. Unfortunately, your transfer is very, very long. I ordered through Mercado Libre and he never told me from whom I bought that it was for this parcel, it was supposed to come from CDMX and the section was short, instead they sent it to Campeche and from there I went down to my destination, something completely unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es Tuxtepec es bueno, pero en Cancún es pésimo, si lo debo evaluar de manera general es fatal porque hice un envío para Isla Mujeres el 6 de enero y hasta apenas ayer fue entregado 9 de febrero y no en Isla mujeres si no en Cancún, la de atención a clientes horroroza mujer, solo los de Tuxtepec brindan buena atención y gracias a ellos se recuperó el paquete, pero llegó roto lo que envié ya que metieron el paquete a almacén en Cancún con todo y que llevaba dos mensajes de frágil, y según ellos que no encontraban la dirección, la destinataria habló varias veces, fue a la oficina otras tantas y pésimo el servicio, no le daban razón del paquete. NO LO RECOMIENDO
The service in Tuxtepec is good, but in Cancun it is lousy, if I have to evaluate it in a general way it is fatal because I made a shipment to Isla Mujeres on January 6 and until just yesterday it was delivered on February 9 and not in Isla Mujeres but in Cancun, the customer service horrific woman, only those from Tuxtepec provide good service and thanks to them the package was recovered, but what I sent arrived broken since they put the package in the warehouse in Cancun with everything and it had two fragile messages , and according to them that they could not find the address, the recipient spoke several times, went to the office as many times and the service was terrible, they did not give her a reason for the package. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
