Mal servicio tanto en la paquetería como sus repartidores. No brindan bien la información y el servicio de 24 horas no lo entregan a tiempo.

Desde el día 9 de julio se recibió paquetería en estás instalaciones de red pack, hasta hoy siendo 27 de julio, sólo me aparece una notificación que el envío no salió a ruta y aún no pueden llegar mis paquetes ???

Mis paquetes llegaron desde el 8 de julio a sus instalaciones y ya estamos a 27 de julio y aún no me han podido entregar, solo actualizan con "envío no salió a ruta" ? ya metí reportes en su servicio a clientes y nada nadamás no me han podido entregar. PESIMO SERVICIO.

Pésimo servicio, no se hacen responsables de paquetes abiertos o entregados en otro domicilio.

No muy a gusto tuve que pedir reembolso sobre algo que compré pues redpack no tenía cobertura en mi ciudad.,las compras en línea son lo de hoy y si quieres competir con las grandes compañías de paquetería mínimo podrían tratar de buscar una solución y no decir no tengo cobertura a tu ciudad y arreglatelas como puedas ?
Not very comfortable I had to ask for a refund on something I bought because redpack did not have coverage in my city., Online shopping is what it is today and if you want to compete with the large minimum package companies they could try to find a solution and not say I do not have coverage to your city and fix yourself as you can ?

El día lunes 3 de enero fui a las instalaciones a pedir aclaraciones sobre mi paquete y la señorita que atendió no me dió ninguna solución al problema y ella se respaldó diciendo que no es responsable de los paquetes en Puebla cuando mi pedido es para Tehuacán además me regaño porque seguramente no contesto las llamadas ni los mensajes de la paquetería cuando no he recibido ninguna llamada ni mensaje, me llevé una mala experiencia ya que se supone que ellos te deben de ayudar a encontrar alguna posible solución.

La paquetería en general es regular, sin embargo, la señorita que atiende deja mucho que desear en cuanto a un buen trabajo. Una pésima actitud aparte de que espera que hagas la mitad del trabajo por ella. Ojalá hagan algo al respecto ya que la atención al cliente debe ser buena en cualquier puesto, en especial si quienes acudimos al servicio llegamos con una actitud amable.
The package in general is regular, however, the lady who attends leaves much to be desired in terms of a good job. Terrible attitude aside from the fact that she expects you to do half the work for her. I hope they do something about it since customer service should be good in any position, especially if those of us who go to the service arrive with a friendly attitude.
