A	Alejandro Santiago Dzul Villalobos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 4 dias que estoy dando vueltas por mi paquete que me enviaron, primero que no enviaron a ruta cuando pedi que sea en sucursal, luego que no lo encuentran en almacen, luego que esta en en contenedor, despues que no ha llegado el contenedor, paqueria NO RECOMENDABLE. I've been going around for 4 days for my package that was sent to me, first they didn't send it to the route when I asked for it to be in a branch, then they can't find it in the warehouse, then it's in the container, then the container hasn't arrived, package NOT RECOMMENDED.

House on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una burla Red Pack , jamas te entregan hasta que vas al lugar y te mienten en el call center de que te levantan reporte y bla bla y que en 24 a 48 hrs van etc etc … nada. Solo hay que ir a recoger directamente a su mugre de bodega por que no te entregarán NUNCA Lo peor es que si el día uno que tu paquete esta en Cancún te dijeran que no te lo llevaran estaría mejor que te dejen esperando 8 dias “nefastos“! It's a Red Pack mockery, they never deliver until you go to the place and they lie to you in the call center that they give you a report and blah blah and that in 24 to 48 hours they go etc etc … nothing. You just have to go to pick up directly from their cellar filth because they will NEVER deliver to you The worst thing is that if on day one that your package is in Cancun they told you not to take it to you, it would be better if they left you waiting 8 "disastrous" days!
S	Solange Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 21 de enero llegó mi paquete a Cancún, el 25 fui a buscarlo ya que se habían tardado en mandarlo al domicilio, llego me atienden, me quedo como media hora o más y resulta que no encuentran mi paquete, marca que ellos lo deben tener pero no lo encuentran, me piden mis datos para llamarme etc. y hasta el día de hoy 28 no me han dado respuesta ni me a llegado nada. On January 21 my package arrived in Cancun, on the 25th I went to look for it since it had taken a long time to send it to the address, I arrived they attended to me, I stayed for half an hour or more and it turned out that they did not find my package, it indicates that they must have it but they do not find it, they ask me for my data to call me etc. and to this day 28 they have not given me an answer nor have I received anything.

The staff member was very apologetic when she returned and found my item relatively quickly. This is definitely a low budget courier service and you get what you pay for...
