Es mi primera vez que mi paquete llega a esta paquetería, algo que me extraña un poco es que tienes que avisar que vas a venir por el, cosa que me saco de onda, por qué en Quality Post/Correos de México/FedEx/DHL/UPS/ESTAFETA puedes ir y recoger tu paquete sin "problemas". Recibí mi paquete :/ y me faltan cosas. . . Es algo dudoso por qué tienes que avisar/pedir permiso para ir por tu propio paquete. Mi caja llegó dañada por tanta cinta que pusieron :/

Odio está paquetería. Lastima que mis paquetes llegan aquí. Es un fastidio venir por paquetes por qué a fuerzas quieren que uno llame un día antes. Cuando a uno le urgen los paquetes. Y si espero a que lo lleven a la casa tardan AÑOS!
I hate this package. Too bad my packages arrive here. It's a nuisance to come by packages because by force they want you to call a day before. When one urgently needs packages. And if I wait for them to take it home, it takes YEARS!

La verdad dudaba mucho de está paquetería por los comentarios, pero me llegó en buen estado mi paquete y en una buena fecha, se estimaba que llegaría en una semana y llegó antes, yo pienso que fue una buena opción!!

Buen servicio, es muy económico, seguro y confiable. Pero en mi experiencia, por estos atributos, quise enviar un paquete al extranjero y sólo envian documentos al extranjero. En general bien y llegan a algunos codigos postales que otras mensajerias no llegan.

Demasiados lentos para entrega de paquetes. Y nunca te los quieren dar si vas el mero día. Tienes que llamar antes. Es una lata eso. Estafeta y DHL si te dan todo al momento . Eso es ser perros

Así como ustedes me entregaron mi caja :/ con cinta sobre puesta, rota, sucia y con paletas faltantes, aparte de que tenías que avisar para que tú poder recoger TU paquete, por qué pobres señores :/ que trabajan ahí no pueden ir a buscar tu paquete entiendo que tengan trabajo pero no mamen, ni correos de México/Quality Post me hizo eso . . . La de correos de México venía con un plástico y su cinta, no venía sucia la caja. Y LA DIFERENCIA ES QUE AHÍ MISMO ME DIJIERON QUE ABRIERA MI PAQUETE PARA VERIFICAR QUE VINIERA TODO, SI FALTABA ALGO PODÍA METER UN REPORTE :/. Cosa que ustedes no hacen eso. . .

En general muy mal servicio. El problema no es que tarden mucho en trasladar de una entidad a otra, eso lo hacen rápido. El problema es el modelo de negocio en sucursales, es malísimo: tardan varios días en recogerlo en domicilio y embarcarlo, y cuando llega a la ciudad destino tardan varios días en repartir para entrega. Puedes llamar a la oficina y te dicen que tu paquete ya lo tienen ahí pero necesitan dos a tres días en entregar y si les propones que tu pasas a recogerlo te dicen que necesitas avisar 24 horas antes para tenerlo disponible, que raro, ni aunque tuvieran un solo empleado se puede ser tan ineficiente. Ahora bien, todo tiene un precio, para este servicio en estas condiciones yo no pagaría más de 40 pesos por un paquete de un kilo en envío nacional estando de acuerdo en un tiempo de entrega de hasta 14 días naturales. Pero si cobran más, entonces la relación costo beneficio es muy alta, yo no los contrataría.
Overall very bad service. The problem is not that they take a long time to transfer from one entity to another, they do it quickly. The problem is the business model in branches, it's terrible: it takes several days to pick it up at home and ship it, and when it arrives at the destination city it takes several days to distribute it for delivery. You can call the office and they tell you that your package is already there but they need two to three days to deliver and if you propose that you pick it up they tell you that you need to notify them 24 hours before to have it available, how strange, not even if they had a single employee can be so inefficient. Now, everything has a price, for this service under these conditions I would not pay more than 40 pesos for a package of one kilo in national shipping, agreeing on a delivery time of up to 14 calendar days. But if they charge more, then the cost-benefit ratio is very high, I would not hire them.
