★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por no decir lo peor de lo peor, me echaron a perder mi mercancía parece que el paquete lo agarraron de perilla de box y lo peor nadie se hace responsable, si no preguntaba cómo iba el envío nadie me avisaba nada, lo regresaron después de 8 días en pésimas condiciones como una caja de basura, para nada los vuelvo a contratar, y no es la primera vez, irresponsables al 1000, la mercancía llegó en pérdida total, no usen este servicio. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, me destruyeron mi mercancía, no entregan en tiempo, no me informan donde esta mi mercancía y tube qué ir a los almacenes a recojerla, pero me decían que no estaba, estaba en el área de calidad y que viniera otro día, para recogerlo, fui a recogerlo al otro día y lo mandan al destino de origen,??♂️ (Morelia) siendo qué se contrato, para que lo entregarán a mi domicilio en cdmx al entregarlo al destino de origen (al proveedor) se lo entregan destruido y nadie se hace cargo de la mercancía.

The worst service, they destroyed my merchandise, they do not deliver on time, they do not inform me where my merchandise is and I had to go to the warehouses to pick it up, but they told me that it was not there, it was in the quality area and that I should come another day, to pick it up, I went to pick it up the next day and they send it to the destination of origin,??♂️ (Morelia) being what was contracted, so that they will deliver it to my home in cdmx upon delivery to the destination of origin (to the supplier) They deliver destroyed and nobody takes care of the merchandise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La paquetería más horrible del mundo, mi paquete lleva 15 días en almacén porque no tiene la “dirección completa” creo se se les dificulta marcarme por teléfono para saber más información a cerca de mi domicilio, hasta ahora no he recibido ninguna llamada por parte de la paquetería. ACTUALIZACIÓN: mi paquete nunca llegó a pesar de que llamaba casi a diario a atención a clientes y lo único que me dijeron es que “nunca llegó mi información adicional al almacén” ¿es neta? A demás de eso, jamás recibí una sola llamada de la paquetería para que les diera más datos adicionales y aún así, fui al almacén y ni siquiera me dejaron pasar, perdí esa venta porque la tienda me regresó el dinero de las prendas pero perdí mi ganancia. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena la paquetería mis paquetes siempre llegan en tiempos y forma a mis clientes, siempre llegan antes del tiempo previsto y en buenas condiciones.
Aveces tarda un poco la recolección fuera de eso todo bien y el precio es muy bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí en Shein y el paquete llegó bastante rápido y en excelentes condiciones. Tardó 5 días en las oficinas (esto incluyendo días inhábiles), pero aún así todo fue muy ágil. Solicitan identificación para realizar la entrega, así que también es seguro.
I ordered from Shein and the package arrived quite quickly and in excellent condition. It took 5 days in the offices (this includes non-business days), but even so, everything was very agile. They ask for identification to make the delivery, so it's also safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi experiencia con ellos muy mala. te cobran como envío "expres" y que llega en 24 a 48 horas, 3 días máximo y nada que ver. sigo esperando mi paquete después de 5 días y ni ha salido aún de este centro de distribución por lo que terminará siendo un envío express de 1 semana. ponen "retraso en ruta" y ya esta. con eso todo solucionado.. se lavan las manos. total, ellos ya han cobrado... y llamar para subir una reclamación no sirve de nada.
My experience with them was very bad. They charge you as "express" shipping and it arrives in 24 to 48 hours, 3 days maximum and nothing to do with it. I'm still waiting for my package after 5 days and it hasn't even left this distribution center yet so it will end up being a 1 week express delivery. They put "delay en route" and that's it. with that all solved .. they wash their hands. total, they have already charged... and calling to file a claim is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la estrategia de esta empresa es que tú contratas un servicio de mensajería y paquetería señalando el domicilio a dónde se debe entregar y no lo hacen, es decir su estrategia es cobrarte por un servicio que no llega en el término y hacen que tú por la necesidad de que sea entregado tu paquete vayas a recogerlo a sus bodegas porque según la paquetería que enviaste se dañó o en su caso se descompuso sus camiones, pues tardan años en entregar tu paquete!!! ??????? Y por ende debes de ir tu directamente a recogerlo si bien te va, sino lo regresan al lugar de donde lo enviaste solo por sus ??... No contraten este servicio!!! Es nefasto, no saben dónde está tu paquete ni te dan la atención adecuada para localizarlo!!! ??
