★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La paquetería es buena se tarda un poco en llegar y a veces no te lo llevan hasta tu casa y deciden dejarlo en mostrador pero si no le recomendaría como para enviar pero por ejemplo yo recibo paquetes de shein entonces está bien porque no pago nada ???
The parcel is good, it takes a while to arrive and sometimes they do not take it to your house and decide to leave it at the counter but if I would not recommend how to send it but for example I receive packages from shein then it is fine because I do not pay anything ???

Terrible, we pay collection and delivery the next day, they have not gone through the package and the guide was generated 3 days ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana vinieron a entregar mi paquete, pero no me encontraba y me informaron que no estaba completa mi información de la dirección, cuando la estaba bien especificada. El repartidor me escribió dando a entender que yo no quería contestar, le mandé mi dirección y le pregunté dos veces a lo largo de la semana cuándo estaría en entrega para estar al pendiente, pero hasta la fecha no me da información al respecto, pésimo servicio!
A week ago they came to deliver my package, but I was not there and they informed me that my address information was not complete, when it was well specified. The delivery man wrote to me implying that I did not want to answer, I sent him my address and asked him twice throughout the week when it would be delivered to be aware, but to date he has not given me information about it, terrible service !

Terrible, they never answer and it takes a long time for the package to arrive, one goes to the store and they never always say that the person in charge is not there and they cannot check the package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've received some packages through this delivery service. I have to say that is quite efficient. My parcels have arrived two bussines days (at the most, in national service) after the sender shares the tracking number.
I have asked for prices considering weight and dimensions and they are really affordable if we compare them with the prices of more known services.
Maybe they have to put a little more attention to fragile items. Just that.
In general, good service.
