★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el momento hay obras en la calle y el acceso está complicado, pero eso no es lo malo, el servicio de la señorita del mostrador es pésimo, está enojada y contesta y trata mal, es respetable que tenga su hora de comida y no atienda, eso es completamente entendible, lo que no lo es q un chico güerito y de buen ver llegó un minuto antes q yo y lo atendió con una sorisota, y a mi me dijo con mala cara que estaba en hora de comida, para varias estaba comenzando a llover y me tuve que quedar ahí afuera en la tierra esperando q me dejara entrar, ni porque estaba lloviendo y la entrada está toda fea me dejó siquiera pasar, y terminé toda mojada y elodada por la lluvia, y con la lluvia ya no me pude mover a otro lado y me tuve que quedar ahí, iba con mis perritas y todas terminamos mojadas y sucias. Y al final me atendió con su mal carácter. Creo q por atención al cliente mínimo nos hubiera dejado entrar aunq no nos atendiera, y yo no era la única esperando.
Por eso le doy una estrella.

And in the end he treated me with his bad character. I think that for minimal customer service he would have let us in even if he didn't attend us, and I wasn't the only one waiting.
That's why I give it a star.

Lo lamento por todos los comentarios malos que tienen y por algo será, pero si puedo decir que a mi me ha tocado todo lo contrario.
Tomen en cuenta lo que dicen los demás usuarios porque es mejor que te califiquen por tu amabilidad que por tu mal genio y mal servicio.
En cuanto a los paquetes no me han perdido ninguno y llegan antes de lo esperado.
Cabe señalar que yo género mis guías de envío a través de la plataforma SkydropX y la verdad se me hace excelente, ya que solo vas a entregar los paquetes y no pierdes mucho tiempo.
Me gusta que tienen su línea RedPack donde te atienden muy amablemente y te aclaran cualquier duda de algún rastreo o cualquiera que tengas.
Lo que no me gusta es que tienen horario de comida y cierran. En otras paqueteria no tienen horario de comida y se puede ir a dejar en cualquier horario.

Regarding the packages, I have not lost any and they arrive earlier than expected.
It should be noted that I generate my shipping guides through the SkydropX platform and it is really excellent, since you are only going to deliver the packages and you don't waste much time.
I like that they have their RedPack line where they serve you very kindly and clarify any questions about any tracking or whatever you have.
What I don't like is that they have lunch hours and they close. In other parcels they do not have lunch hours and you can leave at any time.
