★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y actitud de cajera y gerente, si no les gusta trabajar renuncien y dejen el puesto para personas capacitadas y con ganas de trabajar, jamas volveré a comprar ahí. Fíjense bien lo que compran por que son muy tramposos y mentirosos. Si es barato pero lo que venden es de mala calidad y no dura lo que dice el producto o la garantía.
 Terrible service and attitude of cashier and manager, if you do not like to work, quit and leave the position for trained people and wanting to work, I will never buy there again. Look carefully at what they buy because they are very cheats and liars. If it is cheap but what they sell is of poor quality and does not last what the product or warranty says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, limpio y el servicio de los vendedores es lo mejor del lugar por ser atento y con buena actitud. Los precios no son muy competitivos en comparación con las principales refaccionarias conocidas por tradición en la ciudad. Lamentablemente no encontré las refacciones que buscaba para un auto muy comercial como lo es el Chevy.
The place is nice, clean and the service of the vendors is the best of the place for being attentive and with a good attitude. The prices are not very competitive compared to the main auto parts stores known by tradition in the city. Unfortunately I did not find the parts I was looking for for a very commercial car such as the Chevy.

Wide variety of spare parts and good prices. The attention at the counter is very attentive although somewhat careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificación negativa es porque hice una compra y supuestamente me regalaron unos fusible "gratis" el detalle es que no son gratis si no que al realizar la compra su "sistema" me dio 10% de descuento el cual me lo cargaron con unos fusibles que ni me sirven ya que mi coche no usa ese modelo, no deben de cargarte cosas innecesaria sin que el cliente lo pida yo prefiero ese 10% a que me obliguen a comprar cosas innecesarias.
My negative rating is because I made a purchase and supposedly they gave me some "free" fuses, the detail is that they are not free, but when I made the purchase their "system" gave me a 10% discount which they charged me with some fuses that they don't work for me since my car doesn't use that model, they shouldn't charge you unnecessary things without the customer asking for it, I prefer that 10% to being forced to buy unnecessary things.
