★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca empatía de si empleado de mostrador. Coticé telefónicamente unos cables de bujía a un precio más económico que el ofrecido en mostrador. Al acudir a comprar a sucursal me indicaron que no era posible y ofrecieron un descuento que no coincidió con lo cotizado.
No sentí empatía por averiguar y mucho menos ofrecer apoyo. Lástima un cliente menos.
 Little empathy from his counter clerk. I checked by telephone some spark plug wires at a cheaper price than the one offered at the counter. When I went to buy at a branch, they told me that it was not possible and offered a discount that did not coincide with what was quoted.
I didn't feel empathy for finding out, much less offering support. Too bad one less customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atencion aunque no siempre tienen lo que uno busca, como sugerencia deberian de estar un poco mas actualizados o buscar tendencias que solicitan los clientes, mo tienen idea de que existe un ford figo de 3 cilindros y no tienen nada para este vehiculo, seria un area de oportunidad
