El servicio por teléfono está peor por qué atienden de un call center y te pasan de un lado a otro, cada quien tiene criterios diferentes de lo que si pueden y no pueden ofrecerte.
The service is x sometimes they serve you well and sometimes the kick. I guess it's like Russian roulette there.
The phone service is worse because they attend a call center and they pass you from one place to another, each one has different criteria of what they can and cannot offer you.
