En cuanto a la atención si les falta un poco,ser mas amables con los clientes y no intimidar al atender al cliente, ya que algunos nos coibimos y no preguntamos mas por miedo a que se enoje. La atención debe ser mas amena,como si de amigos nos trataramos, hay que darle la confianza al cliente para que este pueda preguntar mas por lo que busca.
