Trata de hablar por teléfono con ellos y lo tuve que intentar en tres ocasiones ya que no me contestaron, tuve que ir personalmente a su tienda donde si me atendieron bien. En otra ocasión hice uso de su servicio a domicilio y el chico me dijo un precio, el repartidor me quería cobrar de más lo cual siempre pidan su ticket para que no les quieran cobras de más.

La mayoría de las veces he ido a comprar mis refacciones a la tienda California que se encuentra en la luz y Vasco de Quiroga y esta vez como estaba cerca esta sucursal llegué a comprar una luz de mi faro el cual le indique al joven las especificaciones me dijo que si la tenía me entrega el foco yo confiado de que era igual que el que le mostré pago y camino como 30 m y me doy cuenta que no era igual que el que yo le mostré me regreso le comento que no era las especificaciones iguales abre la cajita del foco y me dice que no me lo va a cambiar porque ya lo utilice le comenté que mi carro estaba demasiado lejos y que no habría manera de utilizar el nuevo foco que me estaba vendiendo le dije que me quisiera mi devolución si no tenía el que le indique y muy indiferente me dijo que no me iba a hacer el cambio me hizo pasar un rato desagradable le pedí que le hablara a su supervisor y me lo negó al ver esto una señorita de sus compañeros se acercó y me hizo la devolución pero como era pago en tarjeta me dijo que ya estaba cancelado mi transacción y que se devolvería mi tarjeta lo que había pagado al siguiente día fui al banco a verificar si ya se había depositado lo que había pagado por el foco y me indicaron qué se pagó aún estaba retenido hasta el día de hoy no se me ha regresado mi dinero siento que de igual manera deberían de tener personal más atentos en lo que están haciendo ya que hacen pasar un mal rato de coraje al acusar a un cliente de utilizar el producto cuando no ha sido así no tenía ni un minuto que me había salido de la tienda y el indicaba que ya lo había utilizado otra cosa le había pedido un anticongelante y los que me mostró ya estaban caducados igual manera si le sirve para que verifiquen las caducidades en sus productos?

El personal está más capacitado que hace unos años, el surtido es bueno y las ubicaciones están bien elegidas, también tienen precios competitivos, hay muchísima competencia.

Somewhat disappointed. I was sold a dried out silicone which had already been returned by a customer. That caused me a lot of time and money.
