★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de muchas peripecias para encontrar una refacción, llamando por teléfono, visitando varias refaccionarias, e intentando adquirirla por internet, finalmente aquí la pude encontrar. Llamé a 3 sucursales porque necesitaba ir a la más cercana a mi domicilio y en las 3 me atendieron muy bien y en todas me aseguraron que tendrían la pieza que necesitaba. Siempre tuve dudas de que así fuera, ya que en otras refaccionarias me habían dicho lo mismo: que sí tenían la pieza para finalmente decirme que estaba agotada, sin embargo, aquí me la entregaron 2 horas después de haber hecho el pedido, y a un precio más bajo que otros publicados y que ya estaba dispuesto a pagar.
Además me ofrecieron una tarjeta para ganar puntos, mismos que ya tengo para un próxima compra.
Estoy muy contento con ellos y les agradezco mucho su apoyo por haberme surtido la pieza tan rápidamente.
After many adventures to find a part, calling by phone, visiting several parts stores, and trying to buy it online, I was finally able to find it here. I called 3 branches because I needed to go to the one closest to my home and at 3 they treated me very well and in all of them they assured me that they would have the part I needed. I always had doubts that this was the case, since other auto parts stores had told me the same thing: that they did have the part to finally tell me that it was sold out, however, here they delivered it to me 2 hours after placing the order, and at a price lower than others published and that I was already willing to pay.
They also offered me a card to earn points, which I already have for a next purchase.
I am very happy with them and I thank them very much for their support for having supplied the part so quickly.

El detalle es con las facturas, que no siempre llegan al correo, tal vez porque no copian bien los datos del cliente o no se, ya son varias veces que se les proporciona los datos para la correcta emisión de factura y pues ahí si con perdón, fatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en esta sucursal de vía Morelos hoy a las 5:45pm (por si gustan checar sus videos de cámaras, el chico que me atendió, le lleve muestras de unos filtros de aceite, de aire y de combustible para una flotilla de camionetas VW transporter y ni siquiera se tomó el tiempo de consultar en su computadora solo los vio y dijo eso no lo tenemos, y hasta le dije podrías buscarlo en tu sistema hizo como que tecleo pasaron 3 Segundos y me dijo no los trabajamos, ya he comprado esos filtros en otra sucursal de RC de Gustavo a Madero.
Terrible attention in this branch of via Morelos today at 5:45 pm (in case you want to check your camera videos, the guy who attended me, took samples of some oil, air and fuel filters for a fleet of VW trucks transporter and he didn't even take the time to check on his computer he just saw them and said that we don't have it, and I even told him you could look for it in your system he typed 3 seconds passed and told me we don't work on them, I've already bought those filters in another branch of RC de Gustavo a Madero.
