Pésima atención, como es posible que no puedan hacer una factura dentro del mismo mes de compra y ni siquiera dan una respuesta lógica!!!

Buen surtido y rápido , no hay estacionamiento pero la calle es amplia, se puede pagar con tarjeta. Hay que mejorar la atención.

Pésimo servicio, si pudiera le daría cero estrellas, trate de comunicarme vía telefónica y solo dejan descolgado el teléfono, nadie contesta y escuchas todo el relajo de sus trabajadores... En fin... Lo que es no necesitar clientes!!!!
Terrible service, if I could I would give it zero stars, try to communicate by phone and they just leave the phone off the hook, nobody answers and you listen to all the relaxation of their workers... Anyway... What it means not to need clients!!!!

Tuvieron la pieza que necesitaba sin embargo, el servicio es deficiente. Todos me veían pero, ninguno se digna a a preguntar porqué estaba yo allí en el mostrador. Tuve que llamar la atención de forma severa para ser atendido.
They had the part I needed however the service is poor. They all saw me, but none deigned to ask why I was there at the counter. I had to call attention severely to be attended.

Me tocó ver, que a un señor humilde de unos 65 años compar unas bujías para un Jetta 95 y él empleado muy mamón le dijo que motor trae su auto... Y un servidor y otra persona apoyamos al cliente, y vimos por la aplicación que su motor es 1.8 Hago todo este escenario, para concientizar a los empleados, que están para apoyarnos, zapatero a sus zapatos, ellos, conocen a detalle todo lo referente a las refacciones, no tienen porqué hacer sentir mail a los clientes como lo hicieron con la persona mencionada.... No vuelvo a ir a la refaccionaria California!! Que ching...... M

No es posible comunicacion entre sucursales en toluca porque un producto no lo tienen en pino suarez lo niegan y resulta que alfredo del mazo si lo hay y no son para informar al cliente o decirle se lo traemos de otra sucural pesimo servicio de los vendedores mostrador asi como del supongo jefe de mostrador por la bata blanca
