★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar tiene buen personal de ventas, es muy capaz y normalmente se encuentran refacciones, sin embargo, no tiene lugar de estacionamiento privado, normalmente esta a tope de capacidad de clientes y casí siempre te quieren vender marcas estándar en lugar de premium (se le debe indicar con exactitud el producto), es por eso que le doy 4/5 estrellas. Pero en general, muy buen lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En total enojo hay mucho personal que literalmente se hace tonto solo dos atienden y en ocasiones solo uno y la que cobra sale de adentro y toda despeinada también hay un gordo wero que no atiende solo se la pasa en el celular muy mal servicio espero mi comentario lo lea la dirección general del refacciónaria California, dense una vueltecita ustedes mismo ejecutivos compruebenlo.

No esperes ni una pizca de atención o tacto al cliente pésimo personal deberían de capacitarlos y decirles que uno no va a pedirles regalado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento todo, llegamos y estaba vacío y en lo que esperamos a ser atendidos ya estaba la fila porque nadie te atiende. La espera fue de más de 15 minutos solo para que te atiendan y luego a esperar a la de la caja. Tienen mucha gente trabajando en los pedidos en línea o por teléfono pero porque no contratar más gente u organizar para que quienes llegan a comprar no tengan que esperar tanto para ser atendidos.
