★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te escanean de pies a cabeza y en base a eso te brindan el servicio , como te ven te tratan , si atendieran con un poco mas de humildad su prestigio y clientela elevaría la reputación. Es solo mi punto de vista como cliente, la decisión en mejorar o seguir así depende de su trabajo como equipo.
They scan you from head to toe and based on that they provide the service, as they see you they treat you, if they attended with a little more humility their prestige and clientele would raise the reputation. It's just my point of view as a client, the decision to improve or continue like this depends on your work as a team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablas para pedir cotización y existencia, te la dan el costo y te dicen que es sobre pedido y que llega de un día a otro y cuando vas hacer el pedido y dar el anticipo.... te dicen que en media hora te hablan para confirmar la existencia.
Se supone que primero para eso habla uno, para no dar la vuelta de X.
Lo bueno que hay varias Refaccionarias.... en Cerma encontré lo que necesitaba y mucho más barato.
You speak to request a quote and stock, they give you the cost and they tell you that it is on request and that it arrives from one day to the next and when you go to place the order and give the advance ... they tell you that in half an hour they will talk to you for confirm existence.
One is supposed to speak for that first, so as not to turn from X.
The good thing that there are several Auto Parts Stores .... in Cerma I found what I needed and much cheaper.
