Y cosas sencillas...!!! Fui a octavio Vázquez sin problemas me atendió y su costo no supero al gasto de gasolina del traslado... $36 pesitos...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no saben tratar a sus clientes, deberían manejar un sistema más abierto donde los cambios puedan ser más libres ya que están expuestos a DEMASIADOS ERRORES EN PIEZAS, el error es de su sistema y siempre termina pagando el cliente por esos errores, uno no se va contento, fui solo una vez y no pienso volver, solicité hablar con el gerente y no se digno ni a presentarse para responder a la queja de un cliente molesto, porque estaba "ocupado". Me dieron la pieza mal, no coincidía ni siquiera con el ticket que me habían dado y para terminar no quisieron hacer una devolución porque no era la pieza que me habían vendido. Mal servicio, mal manejo, mal trato a clientes y pésimo tacto. EL gerente tampoco sirve.

They gave me the wrong piece, it didn't even match the ticket they had given me and finally they didn't want to make a return because it wasn't the piece they had sold me. Bad service, bad handling, bad treatment of clients and terrible tact. The manager doesn't work either.
