★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de seis meses con un artículo mío "en proceso de reemplazo por garantía" y hasta el día de hoy nunca supe más del mismo, a pesar de múltiples llamadas a la tienda, al proveedor, a la refaccionaria, etc. Hasta el día de hoy no sé nada sobre dónde está mi cafetera, qué pasó con ella, si algún día me la piensan entregar o qué plan. La considero perdida, y no recomendaría absolutamente NUNCA traer productos aquí para reparación o garantía.
More than six months with an article of mine "in the process of being replaced by guarantee" and to this day I never heard from it again, despite multiple calls to the store, the supplier, the auto parts store, etc. To this day I don't know anything about where my coffee maker is, what happened to it, if one day they plan to deliver it to me or what plan. I consider it lost, and I would absolutely NEVER recommend bringing products here for repair or warranty.
