Me dijeron que me lo podían cambiar; pero ya tenía el coche en el mecánico.
No vuelvo a comprar en este lugar donde no te dan la importancia que un cliente y sus productos deben de tener. Puede pasar por error o lo que sea pero como servicio es tu obligación tener al cliente satisfecho.

They told me they could change it; but he already had the car at the mechanic.
I do not buy again in this place where they do not give you the importance that a customer and their products should have. It can happen by mistake or whatever but as a service it is your obligation to have the customer satisfied.
