★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia no eh pasado algún mal momento en la refaccionaria el trato es amable puntual las personas están capacitadas en tanto el precio a mi parecer son buenos comparando con otras refaccionarias es un lugar surtido las rectificaciones son de calidad
 In my experience, I have not had a bad time in the auto parts store, the treatment is kind, punctual, the people are trained, as the price in my opinion is good compared to other parts stores, it is an assorted place, the rectifications are of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron poco profesionales puesto que me cobraron muy caro el desarmar un monoblock de VW sedan y no anticiparon el costo cuando les pregunte antes de que lo isieran les pague solo para no discutir pero les ise saber que fue con alevosía y ventaja espero y cambien su forma de atender deben ser más claros con sus costos de servicios
They were unprofessional since they charged me very expensive to disassemble a VW sedan monoblock and they did not anticipate the cost when I asked them before they went to pay them just to not argue but I know that it was with joy and advantage I hope and change their form of attending must be clearer with their service costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy buena atención y trato amable, aún a distancia, ya que soy de la Costa Oaxaqueña, estuvieron al pendiente, todas mis dudas fueron aclaradas, una pieza que necesitaba no la tenían, la solicitaron a su proveedor y me realizaron el envío de las refacciones en tiempo y forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, para comprar una refacción tardaron 23 minutos en responderme, después tardaron otros 38 minutos en cobrarme, un total de 61 minutos (1 hora y 1 minuto) y eso que no había mucha gente el señor que me atendió no paraba de revisar y textear en su celular y no fue amable ala hora de atenderme. Solo porq necesitaba urgentemente la pieza me espere.
Terrible attention, to buy a spare part they took 23 minutes to answer me, then it took another 38 minutes to charge me, a total of 61 minutes (1 hour and 1 minute) and that there were not many people, the man who attended me did not stop checking and texting on his cell phone and he was not nice when it came to helping me. Just because I urgently needed the piece, wait for me.
