★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena reaccionaria, pero en esta sucursal en especial el vendedor Luis no le importo hacer su trabajo, buscaba un soporte que previamente había localizado en su almacén por llamada telefónica, me pidieron acudir a cualquier sucursal y pedirla, fui personalmente y le explique a este vendedor el cual me pidió mi teléfono para llamarme en cuanto le confirmaran que si lo tenían en almacén, nunca me regreso la llamada teniéndole que devolvérsela a lo que me dijo que nunca le contestaron del almacén, me fui a la sucursal de Gustavo Baz y la vendedora hizo la llamada enfrente de mi, confirmo, pague y regrese a la hora a recoger mi refacción
Good reactionary, but in this branch especially the seller Luis did not mind doing his job, he was looking for a support that he had previously located in his warehouse by phone call, they asked me to go to any branch and ask for it, I went personally and explained to this seller which asked for my phone to call me as soon as they confirmed that if they had it in store, I never returned the call having to return it to what they said they never answered from the store, I went to the Gustavo Baz branch and the seller made the call in front of me, confirm, pay and return at the time to pick up my spare
