★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, me perdieron un tapón de mi auto y simplemente no me dieron solución, en verdad es un pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo para nada.
Cuando hable para decirles simplemente me hecharon la culpa.
Falta de seriedad y profesionalismo, en verdad deja mucho que desear el trato al cliente al no aceptar sus errores, finalmente yo salí perdiendo.
Con esa actitud no crecerán con más clientes, sobre todo si los tratan cómo fue mi caso.
Terrible, they lost a plug from my car and they simply did not give me a solution, it really is a terrible service I do not recommend it at all.
When I spoke to tell them they just blamed me.
Lack of seriousness and professionalism, in truth the treatment of the client leaves much to be desired by not accepting their mistakes, in the end I lost out.
With that attitude, they will not grow with more clients, especially if they are treated as was my case.
