Compre una batería la cual a los dos meses le tuve que pasar carga para hacer funcionar, pedí garantía y no me la dieron porque resulta que la garantía es de un solo día y me dijeron que lo viera con la marca, les solicité apoyo para saber en donde tenía que ir y dijeron que no sabían qué era mi problema, cuando solicité factura recién que la compre nunca me la mandaron y al preguntarles por ella en la tienda me dijeron que buscara al contador.
Defective products and lousy customer service
I bought a battery which after two months I had to charge it to make it work, I asked for a guarantee and they did not give it to me because it turns out that the guarantee is for a single day and they told me to see it with the brand, I asked them for support to find out where I had to go and they said they didn't know what my problem was, when I asked for an invoice just to buy it, they never sent it to me and when I asked them about it in the store they told me to look for the accountant.
