★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo había venido a la refaccionaria, ya que es una de las que frecuento, el servicio me pareció de lo mejor, mucha atención al cliente y productos de calidad.
Solo que hace unos pocos días llamé al local para averiguar la disponibilidad de productos, me dijeron que si tenían disponibles, al llegar a la tienda casi me estuve hora y media esperando a que solo me dijeran que no, que no había disponibles, ni una disculpa, ni siquiera para hacer un pedido del producto.
Espero mejoren la organización un poco para las 5 estrellas.
I had come to the auto parts store some time ago, since it is one of the ones I frequent, the service seemed to me the best, a lot of customer service and quality products.
Only a few days ago I called the local to find out the availability of products, they told me that if they had available, when I got to the store I was almost an hour and a half waiting for them to just tell me no, that there were not available, not one sorry, not even to order the product.
I hope they improve the organization a bit for the 5 stars.
