M pedían copias d todo de la poliza de la batería comprobante de compra , identificación esto lo traía en el celular y no lo aceptaron quieren original y copia tarjeta de circulación p comprobar q el carro era mío igual en original y copia y aparte les tenía q dejar p revisión la batería y esperar a q m llamarán en 72 horas p revisión por un especialista en baterías siendo q ya la habían revisado en dos sucursales
Esa fue mi experiencia el día de hoy esto fue en la sucursal Jonat q está en Antonio I Villareal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la atención, sin gente y se tardan mucho para atender compre una pila y ellos sabían que ese lote estaba defectuoso y no me hicieron válida mi garantía, gaste en mecánicos y todo por la pila pensando que era otra cosa, no se ponen de acuerdo llamas y muy bien la atención pero una vez que vas pésima pésima la atención por parte de todos los empleados, me iba a atender uno y no pudo se ocupo me paso con otro y vuelta y vuelta ahí dándole cigarro al compañero, platicando siendo que yo estaba esperando para que me atendiera y al parecer no sabia nada ?
