★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se equivocaron al darme cierto producto y no hay devolución de efectivo. Solamente te dan un vale por la misma cantidad, el cual debes entregar fisicamente para hacerlo valido ?
No aceptaron su equivocación, al comprar mencionaban que era una pieza universal, por lo cuál no habría problema. Y al llegar a reclamar muy despotas solo me dieron la opción del vale.
They were wrong to give me a certain product and there is no cash back. They only give you a voucher for the same amount, which you must deliver physically to make it valid ?
They did not accept their mistake, when buying they mentioned that it was a universal piece, so there would be no problem. And when I came to claim very despotic, they only gave me the option of the voucher.
