★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es un pésimo servicio al cliente, llevo casi dos meses esperando un folio del producto que pague y aun no me lo han podido enviar, no contestan por donde me atendieron, fueron buenos para contestar cuando les realizaría el pago de la mitad de producto pero no para darle seguimiento a mi compra ¡¡¡esto es un robo!!! necesito la devolución de mi dinero de lo contrario iniciare legalmente! No compren en esta tienda, no tienen ni la mínima responsabilidad como empresa de contestarle a sus clientes! Adjunto fotos de la conversación!
Me dieron un mes para la entrega y ya va para dos meses y ni el folio de pago me han proporcionado!
Realmente les pido que me regresen mi dinero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en la sucursal de ruperto martinez y galeana la cajera se porto muy prepotente y altanera , mande a una dama por unos bujes para unos ventiladores y se molesto porque pago una cuenta de $80.00 con un billete de $500.00 , si tienes un negocio debes de estar preparado con cambio toda la vida y si no mejor no lo abras, ojala que cambien esas politicas mediocres o capaciten a su personal para una mejor atencion . gracias!!
at the ruperto martinez y galeana branch the cashier was very arrogant and haughty, she sent a lady for some bushings for some fans and she got upset because I paid an $80.00 bill with a $500.00 bill, if you have a business you should be prepared with change all life and if not better not open it, hopefully they change those mediocre policies or train their staff for better care.
