El 29 de febrero compré cuatro amortiguadores para mi auto, pero uno salió defectuoso, algo que jamás imaginé que sucedería en partes originales. Afortunadamente, las refacciones tienen garantía y, en este caso en particular, era de 6 meses. Mes y medio después regresé a comprar el reemplazo del amortiguador defectuoso y les expliqué que lo hacía porque uno de los cuatro que les había comprado salió mal, pues no amortiguaba en absoluto y derramaba líquido. En respuesta me indicaron devolverlo en su empaque y presentar la factura para que me reembolsaran el dinero que había pagado por éste. Así lo hice y recuperé mi dinero.???

On February 29 I bought four shock absorbers for my car, but one was defective, something I never imagined would happen to original parts. Fortunately, the parts have a guarantee and, in this particular case, it was 6 months. A month and a half later I went back to buy the replacement for the faulty shock absorber and explained that I was doing it because one of the four I had bought from them went wrong, as it did not dampen at all and was leaking liquid. In response, they told me to return it in its packaging and present the invoice so that they would reimburse me for the money I had paid for it. I did so and got my money back.???

Las personas que atienden son rápidas sin dejar de ser amables y si no estás seguro de lo que pides te asesoran y te muestran el producto, si no lo tienen en esa tienda lo buscan en otra que tienen, no sé dónde, pero en 40 mini ya lo tienen listo para que lo recojas.
