★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar con personas que son intolerables a cualquier pregunta, no tiene ética y no saben atender a los clientes; son muy groseros y agresivos.
Fui víctima de su intolerancia y enojo y la verdad solo hice preguntas que como cliente tengo derecho a saber.
Es atendido por una señora, un señor y al parecer su hijo; los tres con muy mal carácter: atienden como si les estuvieras pidiendo regaladas las piezas.
De verdad que pase un muy mal rato ya que fuimos víctimas de agresiones verbales por parte del señor presuntamente "encargado".
Les pido que no se dejen intimidar y en lo posible evitar ese espacio.
It is a place with people who are intolerable to any question, have no ethics and do not know how to serve customers; they are very rude and aggressive.
I was a victim of his intolerance and anger and the truth was I only asked questions that as a customer I have a right to know.
He is cared for by a lady, a man and apparently his son; all three with a very bad character: they attend as if you were asking them for the pieces as gifts.
I really had a very bad time since we were victims of verbal attacks by the man allegedly "in charge".
I ask you not to be intimidated and if possible avoid that space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora trata mal al cliente tanto en llamada telefónica como en mostrador, al punto de que me dijo que si no me parecia su mal trato que no fuera, DECIDÍ NO COMPRARLE. Eso deberíamos hacer todos. NO COMPRARLE POR GROSERA.
The lady treats the customer badly both on the phone and at the counter, to the point that she told me that if I didn't think her bad treatment was, I DECIDED NOT TO BUY FROM HIM. We should all do that. DO NOT BUY FROM RUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... bueno cuando tú vas a un negocio que represente a una marca es por que espera encontrar productos de dicha marca, pues está refaccionaria declarada como proveedor Italika simplemente no tiene nada de italika todo lo que te ofrecen es genérico y no saben de refacciones, ese es su mayor problema, adicional no saben lo que es el buen trato al cliente no se esfuerzan ni un poco en la cordialidad y amabilidad, no te recomiendo visitarlos a menos que quieras cosas genéricas y que te traten como a limosnero, Italika debería prestar más atención a sus socios pero que podemos esperar de italika la calidad no es uno de sus axiomas...
... well, when you go to a business that represents a brand, it's because you expect to find products of that brand, because it is a repair shop declared as an Italika supplier, it simply has nothing of italika, everything they offer you is generic and they don't know about spare parts , that is their biggest problem, additionally they do not know what good customer service is, they do not make an effort in cordiality and kindness, I do not recommend you visit them unless you want generic things and they treat you like a beggar, Italika should pay more attention to its partners but what can we expect from italika quality is not one of its axioms...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las peores personas para atender gente ignorante incompetente mal educada descortez sobre todo la señora yo no se porque siguen atendiendo si es obvio que les molesta pinche gente nefasta y zarra pobres de los individuos que laboran ahi si uno como cliente sale molesto solo de ir a preguntar el precio no se ellos como soportan todo el dia no entiendo como han construido y levantado un negocio de ese nivel con gente tan precaria tan despreciable la señora deberia retirarse a su casa pero la ambición y codicia es mas grande, pésimo lugar pésimo servicio no lo recomendaría menos que sea el unico donde tengan lo que buscas y aun asi llega preparado para que te reciban con jetas te ignoren un rato te digan que si no sabes de lo que estas pidiendo y al final te digan no tienes el numero de parte de lo que buscas o regresa en un rato para ver si lo tenemos...
The worst people to deal with ignorant incompetent people rude rudeness especially the lady I don't know why they continue to attend if it's obvious that it bothers them fucking nefarious people and poor individuals who work there if one as a client comes out upset just by going to ask I don't know how they put up with the price all day I don't understand how they have built and raised a business of that level with such precarious people, so despicable, the lady should go home but the ambition and greed is greater, lousy place, lousy service, I don't I would recommend less that it is the only one where they have what you are looking for and even so, it arrives prepared so that they receive you with mugs, they ignore you for a while, they tell you that if you do not know what you are asking for and in the end they tell you that you do not have the part number of what what are you looking for or come back in a bit to see if we have it...
