This company is not recommended at all, they ignore you. I asked for craftsman chainsaw parts and never got an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pesimo servicio del centro de servicio ubicado en Azcapotzalco, ya trancurrio un mes solicitando casi a diario algunas refacciones y es hoy dia que no te responden via watts como solicitan el envio de los modelos de los aparatos que requieren las refacciones, por via telefonica solo te dicen que en un momento dan respuesta cosa que jamas sucede.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocen bien su negocio, fui por una reparación de una refacción y quedó muy bien, además que me asesoraron muy bien sobre lo que necesitaba, se ve que tienen amplio surtido de refacciones y se ofrecieron a conseguirlas si no la tienen, regresaría sin pensarlo dos veces de ser necesario
