El refrigerador vino con daño de fábrica, a los 9 meses empezó a tener daños. Me quise apurar para que no tenga problemas con la garantía de un año, pero realmente el servicio era tan malo que tardaron casi 6 meses en venir a arreglar el refrigerador. Parece broma pero te dan tantas vueltas, de que llegaban pero no los dejaron pasar, que hubo un choque y entre otras. El día que se tomaron la molestia de venir después de varios intentos, parecería que venían a arreglarlo. Una vez “arreglado” pasaron no más de 7 días para que mostrara daños el congelador. Dejo de funcionar de un día para otro. Otra vez haciendo el mismo proceso anterior y ellos haciendo el mismo rollo. Ya aquí decidí pedir ayuda de una persona externa a la empresa. Ya he escuchado de varias personas teniendo el mismito problema con Whirpool. Así que les pido que no compren nada en Whirpool, tiene fama de ser una buena empresa pero no lo es. Por el bien de su tiempo y dinero eviten Whirpool a toda costa. Do not buy in Whirpool ever !! I've already had experience buying refrigerators and by far Whirpool is the worst. The refrigerator came with factory damage, at 9 months it began to have damage. I wanted to hurry so that I did not have problems with the one year warranty, but really the service was so bad that it took almost 6 months to come and fix the refrigerator. It seems like a joke but they give you so many laps, that they arrived but they did not let them pass, that there was a clash and among others. The day they took the trouble to come after several attempts, it would seem that they came to fix it. Once "fixed" it took no more than 7 days for the freezer to show damage. I stop working from one day to the next. Again doing the same process before and they doing the same roll. Already here I decided to ask for help from a person outside the company. I've already heard from several people having the same problem with Whirpool. So I ask you not to buy anything in Whirpool, it is reputed to be a good company but it is not. For the sake of your time and money avoid Whirpool at all costs.
