★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi carro un martes para reparación y pintado de la fascia trasera, y la promesa de entrega fue para el siguiente sábado. Resultó que apenas ese mismo día de la entrega empezaron a pintarlo y que tenía que regresarlo después para que lo terminaran. Obviamente le reclamé al encargado y se encabronó como si me hubiera estado haciendo un favor. Además, resultó que lo que me cobró era por sólo pintar una parte de la fascia, no toda (que porque según así le trabajaban a las aseguradoras), y como no estuve de acuerdo, se puso digno y accedió a que la pintaran completa por el mismo precio, como si fuera un favor. Regresé en un par de ocasiones, pero la fascia quedó mal y nunca reemplazó un reflejante que estaba roto. Estuve comunicándome por más de un mes para preguntar si ya lo tenían, hasta que de plano dejó de contestarme. Quienes dicen que es un taller profesional y que trabajan bien es porque no conocen lo que es realmente el profesionalismo y el buen trabajo.

Obviously I complained to the manager and became angry as if he had been doing me a favor. In addition, it turned out that what he charged me was for only painting a part of the fascia, not all (that because according to this way they worked for the insurers), and as I did not agree, he became worthy and agreed to have it completed. the same price, as if it were a favor. I went back a couple of times, but the fascia went bad and it never replaced a mirror that was broken. I was communicating for more than a month to ask if they already had it, until it stopped responding. Those who say it is a professional workshop and work well is because they do not know what professionalism and good work really is.
