Good assortment and good quality spare parts but if you order them, someone else if they can't find it, there are too many laps left, they better tell you that they can't find it or they don't have time to look for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia dejé pagada una pieza quer regresará en 4 días regresé y que al siguiente y al siguiente día que no no la tienen que valla a otro lado me regresaron el dinero pero perdí 5 días pensando que están serios no la recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de las personas que atienden. Son horas y horas esperando la refacción en el mostrador si es que no se le olvida al despachador y atiende a alguien mas. La atención por teléfono es mucho peor, no contestas, y si lo hacen es de muy mala gana y te dejan en la linea.
Tiene todo para ser una buena refaccionaria pero es servicio y la atencion estan pesimos!
Terrible attitude of the people who attend. They are hours and hours waiting for the part at the counter if the dispatcher does not forget and serves someone else. The attention by phone is much worse, you do not answer, and if they do it is very reluctant and they leave you on the line.
It has everything to be a good auto parts store but it is service and the attention is terrible!
