Soy psicóloga y fui su consultante, reconozco que los terapeutas tienen la capacidad de hacerte sentir acompañada, escuchada y comprendida también rescato el profesionalismo de sus intervenciones así como sus principios éticos firmes, los pacientes somos respetados, vistos y tratados como personas. Todo esto me ayudó a flexibilizar y cuestionar mi forma forma de vida para hacer los ajustes necesarios que a la fecha me hacen disfrutar de mi vida tal cual es. Además de la terapia individual, tomé terapia familiar y mis padres terapia de pareja, en todas sus modalidades me sentí muy satisfecha (y eso que me considero una persona exigente). Psychological reflection is a 100% recommended therapeutic space, whenever someone asks me for a contact is my first option. I am a psychologist and I was your consultant, I recognize that therapists have the ability to make you feel accompanied, listened to and understood. I also rescue the professionalism of their interventions as well as their firm ethical principles, patients are respected, seen and treated as people. All this helped me to relax and question my way of life to make the necessary adjustments that to date make me enjoy my life as it is. In addition to individual therapy, I took family therapy and my parents couples therapy, in all its forms I felt very satisfied (and that I consider myself a demanding person). Finally I have to say that my experience in Psychological Reflection was so good that Alejandro, who was my therapist, ended up becoming one of my best friends. Thanks Ale
