★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues aunque solo fui de acompañante, me pareció una gran opción para tener una oficina en el corazón de la ciudad de México, cuentan con seguridad para acceder, aunque no desde el acceso principal de PB, la vigilancia es hasta el lobby en el piso 12. El aspecto negativo, es que se encuentra en el centro del manifestódromo de la ciudad, que es el tramo entre el Ángel de la Independencia y la Diana Cazadora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación sobre la avenida mas emblemática de la CDMX, espacio bien aprovechado con vistas increíbles de la ciudad. Edificio muy moderno bien administrado y con excelente seguridad. Medidas sanitarias bien aplicadas y servicios adecuados para brindar una experiencia de confort. Me gustó la instalación, la recomiendo si alguien quiere rentar una oficina en el inmueble. No conozco el nivel de precios pero considero que vale la pena la inversión.
Excellent location on the most emblematic avenue of CDMX, a space well used with incredible views of the city. Very modern well managed building with excellent security. Well-applied sanitary measures and adequate services to provide a comfortable experience. I liked the installation, I recommend it if someone wants to rent an office in the building. I don't know the price level but I think it's worth the investment.
