Tienen un relajo entre los restaurantes y no hay claridad o unidad, más de la mitad de la carta no estaba disponible... Y a pesar de haber consumido se negaron a regalarnos un vaso de agua simple, cosa que se supone por ley están obligados a hacer y el gerente nunca quiso dar la cara cuando lo quisimos llamar. La comida disque japonesa terriblemente mala, la regresamos y ni ofrecieron disculpas ni cambiar los platos ni nada... y lo demás desabrido y sin corazón (quizás los mariscos no estaban mal, y la encargada es muy amable). El colmo fue que a pesar de tener letreros y anuncios de que reciben tarjetas, no te dicen hasta que pides la cuenta, que solo uno o dos de los como siete restaurantes acepta tarjetas ? Desde la llegada, la gente del lavado de autos nos corrió del lugar de estacionamiento, sin preguntar si íbamos a querer un lavado (cosa que en realidad sí queríamos). En lo que a comida respecta. De entrada, de 6 cosas que queríamos originalmente, solo había 2. Pedimos entonces baguettes y tampoco se pudo, porque no tenían pan. De los platillos que sí había, tuvimos que cancelar uno, debido a que la persona que lo estaba preparando estaba comiendo al mismo tiempo, chupándose los dedos, sin lavarse las manos y sin cubrebocas. Al final, después de pedir la cuenta, el mesero nos avisó que no tienen pago con tarjeta para toda la cuenta, porque cada local cobra por separado y no todos tienen el servicio. Esto parecería ser un punto importante que mencionar cuando la gente llega al lugar. Realmente nos arrepentimos de no haber ido a otro de los restaurantes de la zona. Bad experience.
