★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para comenzar quiero que sepan que me vi obligado a dar una estrella porque no se pueden dar -5 estrellas. El precio de cambiar una pantalla está en 7000 pesos lo cual se me hace extremadamente caro. Llevé mi celular y tuve q regresar hora y media después para enterarme que mi celular no había sido arreglado. Me dijeron que regresara el próximo día y ya estaría. Tuve que regresar 4 veces más siempre con la promesa de "cuando regreses ya va a estar" lo cual fue pura mentira. La cuarta vez que regrese me entregaron mi celular con la misma pantalla rota y me dijeron que regresara en 15 días porque ya estarían las nuevas pantallas. Cada vez que regrese me encontré con clientes en la misma situación regresando porque algo no había quedado bien. Ahora me encuentro negativo 100 pesos de estacionamiento, gasolina, y tiempo.
Es la primera vez que escribo un review pero se me hizo necesario. Espero que les sirva de algo.

To begin I want you to know that I was forced to give a star because you can't give -5 stars. The price of changing a screen is at 7,000 pesos which makes me extremely expensive. I took my cell phone and had to return an hour and a half later to find out that my cell phone had not been fixed. They told me to come back the next day and I would be there. I had to return 4 times more always with the promise of "when you return it will be" which was pure lie. The fourth time I returned they handed me my cell phone with the same broken screen and told me to come back in 15 days because the new screens would already be there. Every time I returned I found clients in the same situation returning because something had not been right. Now I find myself negative 100 pesos of parking, gasoline, and time.
It is the first time I write a review but it became necessary. I hope it works for you.
