Me entregaron mi auto con un trabajo más o menos, pero lo peor fue que me echaron a perder el sensor de temperatura ambiente del auto al jalar la defensa para quitarla y me dejaron sin aire. Tardará 2 semanas en llegar la pieza. El segundo asunto fue que les pedí que me hicieran el check-up carretero. Según ellos tenía que hacerle a mi auto el cambio de aceite, filtro, etc., cambiar las balatas delanteras y cambiar los limpiaparabrisas. Yo acababa de cambiar los limpiaparabrisas, y el cambio de aceite tiene 2 meses apenas que se lo hice. Lo que sí compré fueron las balatas pero lo llevé a otro taller (llantera) a que se las pusieran. En el taller me preguntan que por qué se las quiero cambiar si mis balatas están casi nuevas, al 80% de vida y tuve que ir a devolver las balatas a la tienda. Definitivamente, esta gente de Refrán lo único que quiere es sacar dinero estafando a la gente. Cuidado! They attended to me for 2 different matters. In the workshop they ask me why I want to change them if my brake linings are almost new, at 80% life and I had to return the brake shoes to the store. Definitely, these people of Saying the only thing they want is to make money by scamming people. Watch out!
