★ ★ ★ ★ ★ los frijoles estaban bien agrios o hechados a perder les comente alas cocineras y solo se rieron ni le tomaron importancia a mi comentario todos quejandose ese dia de lo mismo y pues ni el dueño se preocupo por disculparse o camviarnos las gorditas que por cierto casi todas llevan frijol . pero este día si se pasaron de mala atencion estubo PEZIMO TODO.
 the beans were either sour or spoiled, I commented to the cooks and they just laughed or took any importance on my comment, all of them complaining that day about the same thing and then neither the owner bothered to apologize or change the gorditas that almost all of them carry bean . But this day, if they had bad attention, EVERYTHING was PEZIMOUS.

Gorditas freshly made from nixtamal corn with some really good stews, it is worth the stop and more worth the swallow in the now famous Rayón cruise.

Laz de barbacoa tienen el toque de la zona media huasteca, por lo que es imperdible pedir de este ingrediente para poder apreciar el sabor de la región. Eso si el guisado puede estar algo picoso pero no por eso menos delicioso
One of the best gorditas in the state in a traditional format, I recommend ordering an assortment to see the complete samson of the place. Barbecue laz have the touch of the middle Huasteca area, so it is not to be missed to ask for this ingredient to appreciate the flavor of the region.
